What Happens After You Place Your Order? | After your purchase, you will get a receipt from Paypal and a separate e-mail from us with links to the download pages for all of the templates that you ordered. The download page has a link to free unzipping software (E-Zip Wizard ), the template download link and detailed instructions for downloading them, extras if applicable, and General Instructions with detailed instructions for preparing your keepsakes. OUR TEMPLATES ARE AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE DOWNLOAD. Just click on the link supplied at the end of your transaction or the duplicate link sent to you by e-mailed, follow the instructions to download your files and go! After the unzipping software is properly installed, when you click on the template it will automatically open the copy of Microsoft Word or Microsoft Publisher on your computer. All templates include download instructions, General Instructions with a ReadMe file or assembly instructions where required and links to free unzipping software. Some documents may also include a page with instructions to help you solve a problem we experienced when assembling the templates and extra's such as poems, verses, an envelope template etc. to help you complete your keepsake. If you order and do not receive your template, contact us immediately. If you have a problem with downloading or need help assembling your keepsake document, just e-mail us. | Receiving SPAM or Unsolicited Commercial E-mail that appears to
come from Family Heritage Templates? | | Are you getting unsolicited commercial e-mail or SPAM that appears to be from Family Heritage Templates? I can't tell you how many times I have received e-mails we did not send that appeared to come from our domain. Some even had a virus attached to it. We had to remove our e-mail addresses from this site because of it. If you receive an unsolicited e-mail that appears to come from Family Heritage Templates promoting a product we do not sell, that has an enclosure, photos, links to another site in it, or that has a .zip, .pif, .gif, .scr or any other type of file attached to it that we did not specifically notify you was coming from us then, someone else has used our name to send you an e-mail with an attachment that could be harmful to your computer. DO NOT OPEN THE E-MAIL OR THE ATTACHMENT!! DELETE IT AND RUN YOUR ANTI-VIRUS SOFTWARE IMMEDIATELY. To find the true sender of an e-mail, click on the unopened message with your right mouse key, scroll down to "Properties" in the menu, click that and look for the sender field. We hate "spam" and never, ever send it. We may contact you once or twice a year to notify you of gift products or specials that we think might be of interest to you. Spammers use software to steal the e-mail addresses from legitimate websites and send unsolicited commercial e-mail. We do not engage in or approve of such practices.
